When I was just beginning my journey I had no idea where to start. Ready for the final step? This is for those of you who want to do a home version of what our members do at our gyms in Seattle — CrossFit RE and SODO CrossFit. This is the daily programing we run at our gyms, but scaled to use only a kettlebell, a set of rings, a jump rope, and your body. These workouts will be posted on Sunday for the entire following week.
